How does the Farmbox Program work?
The farmbox program is a fully customizable subscription program:
- Pick your box size - we offer boxes of 7, 10, and 13 products
- Pick your produce - select your favourite farm products by category
- Opt to use our reusable crate for your deliveries (10$ deposit required) or become a member
- Order just once or subscribe for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery
How does the Compost Club program work?
When you receive your first order, or any order thereafter, you can leave your vegetable and paper-based scraps at your delivery location for us to retrieve.
Tell me more about Crates...
Our crates are handmade with wood from our heritage barns.
For a deposit of 10$, we will pack your produce into a crate associated with the size of your order.
On your second and subsequent orders, please leave your crate for us to retrieve. You may fill your crate with compost scraps throughout the week.
*please collect your compost scraps in a biodegradable bag of your choosing
If your crate is not there for us to collect, the deposit is charged for a new crate. If you have forgotten, just let us know.

What days do you deliver?
We deliver on Monday and Thursday afternoons between 4pm-8pm unless otherwise communicated.
How will my produce last if I am not home at the time of delivery?
WE ASK THAT YOU KINDLY LEAVE A COOLER AT YOUR DESIGNATED DELIVERY AREA TO PROTECT YOUR PRODUCE
We will place your items inside your cooler or box (and your crate if it fits) to protect the freshness of your delivery.
*if there is no cooler on the porch, and no answer at the door, we will leave the order in the most protected area possible

What crops are available?
We offer a variety of microgreens, lettuces and greens, herbs, and vegetables.
Each crop is listed by category when it is ready to be harvested.
If a crop is out of stock, you can swap it for any other item that is in stock at that time.
If a category does not drop down when clicked this means that we are out of stock of all crops in that category at that time.

Why can't I add a product to my cart?
If you cannot add a product to your cart, the item is out of stock online. Please let us know if you are looking for something specific.
If you are outside of our current delivery zone, this may also prevent you from checking out.
When will I be charged for my items?
Our system automatically charges you within 24 hrs of your purchase. For recurring orders, you will be charged on the same date that your initial order was placed.
Do you use plastic in your packaging?
Our deli containers and lettuce bags are made of 99% plant-based material and recyclable.
We package our products using unbleached, compostable parchment paper and natural twine where possible.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause and resume your subscription at any time in your customer portal. Changes to your subscription must be made 24hrs or more prior to the date of your next scheduled delivery.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription with us, we will arrange to pick up your crate and issue a refund of your $10 deposit.
Do you offer returns?
We do not offer returns on produce, but please let us know if there is something wrong with your order.
Please help us in avoiding damage to your products by leaving clear instructions in your order notes section, and a cooler at your delivery location.
